If the venue looks familiar it’s because this is the former Olympic Gardens club. Sort of. They new owners gutted it and did 5 million in renovations.

Is Peppermint Hippo Related to Spearmint Rhino?

So WTF is a Peppermint Hippo? Honestly the first time I heard the name I thought it was a friend making fun of another club with a similar sounding name, It took a few times before I realized it was for real. Turns out the CEO used to be in charge of business development for the Rhino. Can’t help but feel that this is a serious slap in the face to his former employer. I’m sure there is a story there, but we unfortunately don’t know the details. In any case, this was no small task. This prime real estate and the only strip club on the Las Vegas strip cost a pretty penny. First the building needed to be acquired. After that the building needed to be brought up to code. Then of course they had to make it look spectacular. Well Mr Chang, you’ve succeeded.
